Wheat tortilla
A tortilla is a lefse made from corn or wheat. It is the main ingredient in all tacos, and can be served fresh, divided into triangles and fried into chips (crispy or fluffy), dried to shells or processed in many other ways.

Approach
Knead flour, salt, sugar and lard well together. Add a little and a little water and knead the dough for 2-4 min.
Divide the dough into 20 pieces and place on the flour board. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 30 min.
Roll out the items into 10–12 cm wide circles and fry them on pizza stone on the grill on medium heat on both sides until golden-brown dots appear, max. 30–40 sec on each side. Keep warm or pack well and serve later.
