Register your new gas grill by filling out the form at the bottom of the page. You will receive an automatic email from us after one per minute. We recommend that you check your spam filter as someone experiences that it ends up there.

By registering the grill within 30 days of purchase, we offer an extended warranty program from the normal Norwegian Purchase Act. The warranty program assumes that:

  • The grill is registered within 30 days after it has been purchased according to the instructions.
  • Maintenance, cleaning and storage are carried out in accordance with the product's instructions for use and manual.
  • The grill is not used for commercial use.
  • Receipt from the point of sale must be included when the product is advertised.

 

Where can I find the serial number on my grill?

  • The box the grill was delivered in.
  • Bottom plate or behind front panel.
  • Inside the door in the base cabinet.
  • On the Chef's Special, Chef Supreme and Mansion series, the serial number is under the right side table on the grill body itself.

Warranty program

For models with warranty program:

10 year warranty

Through rusting (this does not include discoloration, faded colors, discoloration and surface rust):

  • Cover
  • Grill chamber
  • Side table
  • Cabinet / trolley

5 year warranty

Through armor / through burnt:

  • Burners / side burner
  • Wheel
  • Grill grate and grill plate

Other parts are covered in accordance with current purchasing legislation.

The warranty does not cover

Complaints due to errors in connection with installation, use and alteration of the grill or lack of maintenance. Carefully read and follow the installation and operating instructions, as well as the maintenance instructions before installing and using the grill.

NB! Please note that by tightening screws and bolts too hard or by using power tools, cracks in lacquered and enamelled surfaces can occur, as well as damage to the surface treatment of screws and bolts. This can cause rust damage to the affected parts.

Damage due to overheating (fat burning). Keep the gas grill clean to prevent grease burns.

Damage due to wind, heavy rainfall or other weather phenomena.

Normal wear, moisture damage, surface rust and scratches.

Work-related costs, as well as shipping and handling.
