This sauce can be used for a lot. Use it in pasta, on meat, for fish, with vegetables or whatever you want - simply a fantastic multi-purpose sauce you quickly fall in love with. It is easy to make, tasty, healthy and very good.

Mortar / Blender / Stick Mixer

Approach

Wash all herbs well in ice cold water and remove the largest stems.

Crush onions and garlic in a large mortar. Add the rest of the ingredients, except the olive oil, and puree everything into a puree. If you do not have a mortar, mix in a blender or with a hand mixer. Add the olive oil, stir well and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
