Burger with chèvre

We love burgers, but then we are not talking about the stingy, tasteless fast food burgers with classic hamburger dressing. We're talking about a really fat Flying burger with cheese and jam. When we made this, we came to think of the time we had a catering in Hollywood where we served quail burgers to naked playboy models, and lit Tor-Jørgen. That's why this flammable burger is in his honor. Share the fun of cooking!

Approach

Cut the onion into slices and make onion jam by boiling all the ingredients on low heat until the onion is tender and has a nice golden brown color, 10-15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Wash and cut tomatoes, lettuce and cheese into suitable large pieces.

Cut strips of entrecôte that fit in the grinder you are using. Place the grinder cold in advance so that the grease does not stick when you use it. Grind the meat, add salt, pepper and mustard and shape into four burgers. Press them in a burger press until they are compact and fine, approx. 2 cm thick. Brush some oil on the hamburgers and grill on high heat on both sides so the meat gets a properly caramelized surface, approx. 3-5 minutes - feel free to leave the burger a little pink inside. Grill the burgers quickly on both sides. Enjoyed with real Coca Cola in a glass bottle.

PS: The flame is only for show. Do not try this at home! And if you do not have a grinder or entrecôte, it is allowed to use minced meat.
