Aluminum foil
Approach
Preheat the grill to 250 °C. Place four double sheets of aluminum foil on the table, and create a raised edge on all sides. Rinse the mussels and spread over the four beer bowls. Finely chop the garlic, shallots and parsley and spread over the mussels. Pour the white wine over and close the foil so that the packaging is as tight as possible, feel free to take the shake test to see if it is tight.
Place the mussel packets on the grill and leave covered for 6-7 minutes before checking. When the mussels have opened, they are ready. Feel free to shake a little to distribute space and heat to the mussels. Serve the mussels. Eat!
Tip: Serve with focaccia and aioli, not to mention white wine 😉
