Cast iron wok

Enamelled cast iron wok that is good for holding and distributing heat, so that the food gets a good and even preparation.

  • Clean the cast iron wok by hand with a mild dish soap before using it for the first time.
  • Remove the flame tamers under the grill grate to have room to place the cast iron wok in the Multi Grill System.
  • Preheat the grill for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Brush the cast iron wok with oil that can withstand high heat before adding the raw materials.
  • The cast iron wok must not be machine washed.
  • Never use sharp cleaning products, such as steel wool and scouring pads.
  • Clean the cast iron wok with water and a dish brush, and dry well before storage.
