Roasting plate

Roasting plate in enamelled cast iron that is perfect for grilling shellfish, vegetables, eggs, bacon and pancakes.

Place the baking tray in the Multi Grill System before lighting the grill.
Preheat the baking tray for 10 to 15 minutes.
Brush the baking tray with oil that can withstand high heat before applying the ingredients.
The baking tray must not be washed in the dishwasher as the enamel can be damaged.
Clean the baking tray by hand with warm water and a mild dish soap.
