Approach

Pulled pork
Cut off the sliver on the ribs and rub the taco seasoning into the meat. Place in an ovenproof dish and pour oil over so that it covers. Bake on the grill at 150 ° C for approx. 2–2 hours.

When the ribs are tender, shred the meat into pieces and fry them crispy in cooking oil in the frying pan or plancha on the grill. Mix in BBQ sauce and season with salt and pepper.

Sesame tortillas
Knead flour, salt and water into a dough, knead it for 2-4 minutes and roll out to a thickness of 4 mm.

Stick out rings with a glass and brush with sesame oil. Lay two and two together with the oil side facing each other, and roll these out to 10-12 cm in diameter and 2-3 mm thick.

Fry the lips in a dry pan. Then pull each lefse apart so that they become two thin lefser. Serve or warm up when serving, and keep them warm in aluminum foil.

Coleslaw
For coleslaw, finely chop the cabbage and onion and mix with the aïoli / mayonnaise and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.

Put some of the coleslaw in the bottom of the lefsen and place the meat on top. Garnish with coriander, red chili in strips and lime boat on top.
