For many Norwegians, grilling means scorched sausages and cremated pork chops with a hint of lighter fluid, served with a potato salad that is more reminiscent of building material than food. We hope to inspire you to test out and discover that BBQ can be so much more than that.

Grilling is something we can do all year round, whether it is freshly smoked salmon for the Christmas table, ribs with a new twist on Christmas Eve, Easter lamb for the ski trip or long-smoked beef brisket and quinoa burger for the barbecue in the garden.
