The rendezvous rub

This is a rub inspired by the famous BBQ place Charlie Vergos' Rendezvous in Memphis, the BBQ capital of the world. Simply a winner rub!

Approach

Ruben can be used both before and after the food is grilled - as they do at Rendezvous. There they take 6 tablespoons rubmix mixed with 1 dl water and 1 dl vinegar and brushes on before grilling. In addition, they use it as a "dry seasoning" after the meat has been grilled. Magical!

1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon mustard seeds
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp thyme
1 teaspoon allspice
1 pinch coriander seeds
1 pinch of coriander powder
