Mix all ingredients and knead them together with your hands. If the dough is a little sticky, add a little more flour. Let the dough rest for a minimum of 30 minutes. It is fine to make this the day before.
Divide into suitable parts, roll out into sausages and twist them around the stick. Grill the pretzels evenly on all sides, on a high heat. Takes about 5 minutes.
