Beef ribs with coffee and chocolate

Beef ribs are some of the diggiest meat you can get. It takes several hours to cook, but you will not regret a second of putting your teeth in the meat. Grilling and cooking meat on bones in general makes the meat extra juicy. This is also no exception. Large, fat ribs from beef with lots of well marbled meat on.

Mix the rub´n and sprinkle well on, over and under the beef ribs.

 

Set the grill to 130–140 ° C and place the meat on indirect heat on the grill grate. Let the meat grill for a minimum of 6 hours, but preferably longer. The important thing to keep in mind is that the meat should be grilled for as long as it comes off the bone. If you have a bad time, you can increase the temperature slightly, but it is not recommended.
