Fire barrel waffle with raspberry jam and sour cream
Nothing beats freshly baked waffles, and even better if you've made them on the fire. Preferably our fire barrel Volcano then!

Approach
Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk in the milk little by little.
Stir in the eggs, 1 at a time, and add the melted butter. Let the batter swell for 30 minutes before you fry them in a well-greased waffle iron.
Serve with raspberry jam and sour cream, and perhaps a slice of brown cheese.
NB: Remember to preheat the waffle iron well before frying.
